Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Occasion Nation Studio, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, made-to-order items designed just for you. This personalized production process not only ensures unique products but also helps us minimize waste and reduce our environmental impact. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges, so we encourage you to carefully check product details and sizing before placing your order.

Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your product.
  • For packages lost during transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • If the issue is determined to be an error on our part, we’ll cover the costs to make it right.

For EU Customers
In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, including our made-to-order apparel.

  • If your item is defective or not as described, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

For US Customers
While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order has a defect or you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Exceptions
We understand that sometimes things go wrong. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@occasionnationstudio.com with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, as necessary.
