We’re so sorry this happened! If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@occasionnationstudio.com a photo of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.

If your package is lost during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.

Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. However, this does not apply to custom-made or personalized items like our made-to-order apparel.

If your item is defective or not as described, reach out to us, and we’ll resolve the issue.

Since all items are custom-made, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are in production.

3. Use a gentle cycle – Treat your apparel kindly with a low, gentle wash cycle to keep it looking fab.
4. Skip the heat – Air dry or tumble dry on low to prevent any shrinking or fading.
